About Keramik Dental Laboratory Keramik Dental Laboratory was established more than twenty years ago by Gianluca Scarica. A second generation ceramist, whose passion for ceramics stems back to Italy where is father was a leading European Master ceramist. Situated in Malvern East, Keramik Dental is seconds from the freeway, Dandenong Road and Eastlink so that we are able to maintain a close and efficient relationship with clinics and laboratories alike. Our Laboratory’s reputation for efficiency, effectiveness and excellence was earnt by meticulous attention to detail. Each case that comes  through our door  is personally supervised by Gianluca himself until it arrives back to your clinic. In recent years we have invested greatly in New technologies such as our in-lab Cad/Cam Milling (Cercon Dentsply), E-MAX pressing system, Succsess Pneumatic resin injection and Labmagic workflow IT software to enhance quality and improve our custom made products and services. The recent acquisition of the new 3D Shape Scanner  will fulfil our vision in becoming a full digital Dental Laboratory capable of offering our clients the new intraoral digital impression solution and 3rd generation Customized Implant Bar and Substructures, taking Keramik Dental into the future.
